FAQ

We analyse the behavioural, interpersonal, and organisational factors that influence how teams communicate, collaborate, and perform. This includes communication patterns, decision-making processes, role distribution, leadership dynamics, conflict resolution approaches, trust, psychological safety, and team cohesion. Our analysis is influenced by multi-party collaboration project research and explores how team members influence one another, how power and participation are distributed, where collaboration is strengthened or disrupted, and which factors contribute to effective teamwork.

The timeline depends on the size of the team, the objectives of the engagement, and the depth of analysis required. Most projects take 2-4 weeks from initial assessment through to report delivery and strategy discussion. More detailed engagements may include individual assessments, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, behavioural observations, workshops, and facilitated sessions, which may extend the timeline depending on team complexity and availability.

Ideally, all team members participate to provide the most complete understanding of team dynamics, relationships, and behavioural patterns. Full participation allows us to identify shared strengths, differences in working preferences, communication patterns, and areas where alignment may be needed. Where participation is limited, we can work with a representative sample and clearly outline any limitations when interpreting the findings.

Yes. Assessments can be completed online, and consultations can be delivered remotely through Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. We also provide in-person workshops, facilitated discussions, and team development sessions where deeper exploration or collective reflection is required.

Individual profiling focuses on understanding a person's characteristics, behavioural tendencies, strengths, preferences, and development areas. Team profiling combines insights to examine how people interact as a collective system. It explores how team members communicate, make decisions, distribute responsibilities, manage differences, and create the conditions required for effective collaboration.

Team profiling is led by an organisational psychologist and qualified test user with expertise in modern psychometrics and workplace development. The work is supported by training in occupational personality and ability assessment, emotional intelligence, organisational health, REBT coaching, conflict management, and counselling skills. This ensures that findings are interpreted within the wider context of team behaviour, organisational culture, and practical workplace challenges.

Yes. Team profiling can help identify the behavioural patterns, communication difficulties, role tensions, and relationship dynamics that may contribute to conflict. By understanding the underlying causes of disagreement, teams can develop more constructive ways of working together. Where conflict involves serious issues or requires formal intervention, we may recommend additional support such as mediation.

You receive a comprehensive team dynamics report outlining key findings, behavioural patterns, team strengths, potential challenges, and practical recommendations for improvement. We also provide a consultation or strategy session to discuss the findings, explore implications, and agree development priorities. Depending on the scope, additional support may include individual feedback sessions, leadership coaching, team workshops, individual interventions, or follow-up reviews.

All data is stored securely and managed in accordance with UK GDPR requirements. Before the assessment begins, we agree how information will be collected, analysed, reported, and shared. Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel, and team reporting focuses on collective insights while protecting individual confidentiality. Full details are provided in our data privacy policies.

Individual results are treated in strict confidentiality and are not shared with other team members or any other external parties without explicit consent. Team reports focus on overall patterns, strengths, challenges, and opportunities for development rather than exposing individual scores or responses. This approach helps create a safe environment where people can participate openly and honestly.

Yes. Team development is an ongoing process, and follow-up support can help maintain progress after the initial analysis. We offer options such as individual or team coaching, facilitated workshops, leadership and managerial support, and reassessment at agreed milestones to evaluate changes in team effectiveness and identify further development opportunities.

Pricing depends on the size of the team, the complexity of the engagement, the assessment methods used, and the level of consultancy support required. Factors may include individual profiling, interviews, focus groups, observations, workshops, reporting, strategy development, and follow-up support. We define the scope with you first and provide a tailored proposal based on your objectives.
