Offering HR Consultancy to Support People Operations, Talent Strategy, and Organisational Development
Project Summary
Several organisations required strategic and operational HR support. We acted as an HR consultancy partner, auditing HR practices, designing and implementing HR systems, delivering organisational assessments, supporting recruitment, and advising leadership on employee satisfaction and engagement, performance management, and talent selection. The work combined organisational psychology with practical HR consultancy to strengthen recruitment, leadership decisions, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
The Challenge
Each client faced different people challenges, ranging from inconsistent recruitment processes and underdeveloped HR systems to limited organisational data for management decisions. The challenge was not simply delivering individual HR services, but integrating recruitment, assessment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy into coherent people systems that leaders could maintain long after the consultancy engagement ended. Every recommendation needed to balance researched backed methodologies, strategies, and guidelines with practical implementation steps, action plans, and follow-up sessions, across organisations of different sizes and industries.

Our Solution
We partnered with national and international organisations as a supporting HR consultancy, auditing existing HR practices before developing tailored HR strategies, policies, and operational procedures. Working closely with management teams, we helped establish consistent approaches to recruitment, employee development, performance management, and wider people processes, ensuring recommendations could be implemented sustainably.
We managed the complete process from client onboarding and survey design through data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, reporting, and presenting recommendations. We also developed behavioural competency frameworks, performance evaluation forms, and implementation guidelines that enabled organisations to maintain these systems internally.
We supported recruitment and talent selection through multiple assessment methods. This included leading full-cycle recruitment projects for specialist technology positions, designing and facilitating assessment centres, and developing structured interview guides and assessment forms. We conducted more than 100 personality assessments for middle and senior management using validated instruments such as the California Psychological Inventory (CPI), Personality 50, and DECAS. These assessments provided us with behavioural insights to support recruitment, selection recommendations, and leadership development decisions.
Beyond assessment and recruitment, we helped organisations introduce stronger people practices by redesigning recruitment workflows, creating structured onboarding and exit interview procedures, coaching HR professionals on implementation, and providing ongoing strategic support to leadership teams. By combining organisational psychology, behavioural assessment, and human resources methodologies, our work helped clients build more psychologically-driven approaches to managing and developing their people.
