Our team is here to help! Whether you need clarification, a specific question, or more about our services, we'd love to hear from you.
It has been a pleasure working with you Cosmin and I enjoy observing you using your skills. I can see the development of the person-centred approach developing in your practice and in the way you see and approach the phenomenological experience of each person you work with. You have a calm and confident way of being with your clients which brings an assuredness to your work and a feeling of calm and centredness, which is so important to provide this space for your client, being an anchor for your client.
Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to recognise, understand, and manage your own emotions, and to respond effectively to the emotions of others. Research connects higher emotional intelligence with effective leadership, meaningful professional relationships, lower stress, and improved performance.
Studies report medium-to-high effect sizes for REBT in reducing performance anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination, and longitudinal studies link coaching to lower burnout through effective stress management, empathy, and self-regard. Person-centred practice builds the self-acceptance and psychological safety that sustain open, trusting relationships. Coaching is also associated with measurable gains in Emotional Quotient scores, particularly intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Industry analyses link higher emotional intelligence to stronger team leadership and greater job satisfaction.
This service combines person-centred counselling principles with active REBT coaching. Person-centred approaches create a supportive environment for reflection and self-understanding, based on empathy, acceptance, and non-judgement. REBT coaching provides a structured process for identifying unhelpful beliefs, challenging them using evidence and logic, and developing more flexible ways of thinking and responding. Together, they support both deeper self-awareness and practical behavioural change.
We intend to provide this service for professionals, managers, and leaders who want to improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and workplace relationships. At the same time, organisations may also use it to support leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee development. However, it is not designed as a clinical service or treatment for mental health conditions.
Sessions combine reflection, discussion, and practical exercises. We explore situations that create challenges, identify the thoughts and emotions involved, examine unhelpful patterns, and develop alternative ways of responding. Between sessions, clients may apply agreed strategies and reflect on progress in real workplace situations. The programme typically runs over sixteen weeks and follows five stages, from assessment and goal setting through to skill development and integration. Sessions are scheduled weekly, with the final number also depending on your goals, progress, and preferred pace.
The programme fee is £4,700, with extra 1-to-1 sessions available at £105 per hour. Delivery takes place online through Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams, with sessions lasting 120 minutes. Longer sessions and tailored group programmes can be arranged based on your goals, requirements, and development priorities. Yes. We provide one-to-one as well as group coaching, team workshops, and organisation-wide development programmes. Delivery can focus on areas such as leadership, communication, emotional regulation, conflict management, and workplace relationships depending on organisational needs.
Progress is assessed through coaching reflection, goal review, and structured assessment. During our engagements, we actively review changes in thinking, behaviour, and responses to workplace situations so that we can track development over time. The validated EQ-i 2.0 assessment provides a structured measure of emotional intelligence at the start of the programme and can be repeated later to evaluate changes. We may also supplement that with custom-built psychometric tools. Organisations can also request anonymised group-level reporting to understand development across teams.
The EQ-i 2.0 assessment is a separate service. It includes the assessment, a detailed report, and a feedback session to help you understand your emotional intelligence profile, strengths, and development areas. The results can be used to support personal development, leadership development, or wider organisational programmes. The assessment package is priced separately from coaching sessions.
No. This is a coaching and development service, not a clinical intervention. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical support. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we will recommend seeking appropriate professional support.
