We provide workplace-focused profiles designed to understand how people think, behave, communicate, and develop. Our assessments cover areas including personality traits, cognitive preferences, behavioural patterns, emotional intelligence skills, decision-making approaches, and leadership style. Each profile is selected and interpreted based on your objectives, whether for personal development, leadership growth, team effectiveness, or organisational decision-making.
Our assessments are selected based on established psychometric principles, with attention to reliability, validity, and appropriate scoring interpretation. Results are reported with consideration of measurement error and confidence levels where relevant. It is important to admit that no assessment can capture every aspect of an individual, so all profiles are designed to provide evidence-based insights that support professional conversations and informed decisions rather than replace human judgement.
Profiling is conducted by an organisational psychologist and qualified test user (RQTU Membership Number: 478985). Relevant professional expertise includes British Psychological Society (BPS) Test User accreditation in Occupational Ability and Personality (Levels A and B) obtained at the University of Cambridge (The Psychometric Centre), an MSc in the Psychology of Human Resources and Organisational Health, formal EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 certification, training in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (Primary Practicum in REBT) at Albert Ellis Institute of New York, and Level 3 Counselling Skills by BACP.
The full process typically takes between 2 and 4 days, depending on the scope of the engagement. This includes completing the assessments, analysing the results, preparing the profile report, and discussing the findings during a consultation. Larger organisational projects or additional coaching, training, or learning and development sessions may require more time, which will be agreed in advance.
You receive a detailed profile report covering the assessed areas, a development guide with practical recommendations, and a consultation executive summary to explore the findings and their application. For organisational projects, additional outputs such as team insights, leadership development recommendations, or tailored reporting can be agreed based on your objectives.
Assessments are completed online, and the consultation can be held remotely on Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams. We agree the format with you in advance. With your consent, the consultation will be recorded for analysis purposes, a copy will be shared with you, and the recording will be securely deleted after 30 days. Click on this booking link to find a suitable date and time and schedule your first session.
Profiles may support recruitment decisions only when used alongside other selection methods such as structured interviews, work samples, assessment centres, psychometric tests, panel interviews, and references. We focus on job-relevant characteristics and advise organisations to interpret results carefully, considering the wider context and UK employment requirements, including the Equality Act 2010. Assessments should support fair decision-making rather than determine hiring outcomes on their own.
Pricing depends on the scope of the engagement, the number of people assessed, the assessments selected, and any additional services such as consultation, reporting, or development support. As each engagement is tailored to your goals, we provide a personalised quote following an initial discussion.
No. Our profiling services are designed for workplace development, personal insight, and organisational effectiveness. They do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and should not be used as a substitute for clinical assessment or healthcare advice. If you have concerns about your mental health, we recommend speaking with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you need help, you can find useful resources on the BACP website
Your results are shared only with you and any individuals or organisations you explicitly authorise. For workplace engagements, we agree in advance who will have access to your assessment results and how they will be used. We aim to make our services accessible and try to provide reasonable adjustment for assessments, such as additional time or alternative formats, where appropriate. Please share any requirements with us before completing an assessment so we can discuss suitable arrangements. If a specific adjustment is outside our scope, we will tell you in advance and help identify more appropriate support options.
